dc.description.abstractLa exploración se centra en la utilización de CRM en Mipyme que vende ropa de moda en la ciudad de Bogotá fuera de los centros comerciales, se analiza la MiPymes actualmente en la manufacturero porque está dando grandes aportes al incremento ahorrativo de la región y como es un mercado que también es muy competido por ello se darán nuevas estrategias para configurar el CRM para lograr mejorar el trato con los clientes y ayudar al branding de las empresas que lo quieran implantar. La investigación se hará con la revisión y utilización de los crm con los mejores resultados que puedan dar los mejores resultados y de mayor impacto en las microempresas, las diferentes clases de programas utilizados y las mejoras que podrían llegar a tener utilizando las nuevas tecnologías tomando como referencia casos de éxito que aporte a la investigación. Se realizará una serie de encuestas y entrevistas a las empresas del sector que estén registradas ya que por la contingencia se realizará de manera virtual con los datos obtenidos desde las páginas que estén registradas, se encontró un registro de 18 mypime que se encargan de la comercialización de venta de ropa donde se tomara una muestra de 7 empresas , donde por medio de los datos obtenidos se hará un análisis de las mejores opciones para crear una herramienta donde se pueda gestionar a los clientes de la mejor manera y revisando puntos débiles y mejoras que puedan tener para ser más competitivos en su sector. También se realizará un análisis de las estrategias actuales utilizadas y como hacer un sistema donde se pueda implantar de una manera más fácil para los empleados de todos los cargos para una comunicación asertiva para lograr un incremento de participación en el mercado mejorando la experiencia del cliente.spa

The research will be done with the review and use of the crm with the best Results that can give the best results and the greatest impact on micro-enterprises, the different kinds of programs used and the improvements that could be made using new technologies, taking as a reference success stories that contribute to research. A series of surveys and interviews will be active out with the companies in the sector that are registered since due to the contingency it will be carried out virtually With the records received the pages that are registered, a record of 18 mypime that are in charge of marketing was found of clothing sales where a sample of 7 companies will be taken, where through the data obtained an analysis of the best options will be made to create a tool where customers can be managed in the best way and reviewing weaknesses and improvements that they may have to be more competitive in their sector.
