El presente documento contiene la idea de negocio de la creación de una página web llamada PrediosBogotá.Com dirigida a los constructores de la ciudad de Bogotá quienes están buscando un predio para construir, con el fin de brindarles la oportunidad de buscar lotes disponibles en venta con información que no le va a brindar ninguna otra empresa como lo es el estudio técnico, jurídico y la pre factibilidad del mismo con el fin de ayudarlos a decidir si es el predio o no que necesitan para la realización de su proyecto.

The present document contains the business idea of the creation of a website called PrediosBogotá.Com addressed to the builders of the city of Bogotá who are looking for a property to build, in order to provide them with the opportunity to look for lots available for sale with information that will not be provided by any other company such as the technical, legal and pre-feasibility study in order to help them decide if it is the property or not that they need to carry out their project.
