Abstract

En este trabajo de grado se realizó un estudio descriptivo, acerca del proceso histórico a través del cual la producción artesanal se ha ido convirtiendo en un pilar del desarrollo turístico dentro del municipio de Ráquira, determinando los factores económicos, políticos, sociales y culturales que han contribuido en el transcurso del tiempo a potencializar dicha actividad turística, gracias al desarrollo de la alfarería y esta como un elemento cultural que ha sido trabajada desde nuestros antepasados para lograr configurarse dentro de la producción económica de un pueblo con tanta riqueza tradicional. El desarrollo del tema turístico ligado a la artesanía permite conocer los diferentes aspectos que se involucran en torno a esta actividad, considerada como uno de los principales atractivos que se reconocen en el municipio, permitiendo que exista la necesidad de articular este atractivo con diferentes factores que contribuyan al adecuado desarrollo tanto del municipio, como del turismo, en pro de un desarrollo territorial optimo, teniendo en cuenta la preservación del patrimonio cultural. En el análisis sobre la relación que tiene la producción de artesanías con el turismo, se generó una serie de recomendaciones basadas en el turismo cultural sostenible en el municipio, donde se resalta las posibles soluciones para lograr la protección del patrimonio material e inmaterial, así como el manejo de la actividad turística, permitiendo que ésta sea sustentable y beneficiosa para todos los actores que en ella participan.

In this degree work realizes an descriptive study about the historical process through which craft production has gradually become a mainstay of tourism development inside the municipality of Ráquira, determining the economic, political, social and cultural factors that have contributed to the over time to potentiate the activity tourism, thanks to the development of pottery and this as a cultural element that has been worked since our ancestors to achieve configured inside the economic production of a traditional village with so much wealth. The development of tourist theme linked to crafts allows to know the different aspects that are involved around this activity, considered as one of the main attractions in the town are recognized, allowing exists the need to articulate this attractive with different factors contribute to the proper development of both the municipality and tourism in favor of optimal a territorial development, taking into account the preservation of cultural heritage. In the analysis of the relationship of the craft production with the tourism, generated a series of recommendations based on sustainable cultural tourism in the municipality, which highlights possible solutions to achieve protection of tangible and intangible heritage, as well as the management of tourism, allowing it to be sustainable and beneficial to all actors who participate.
