Vínculos familiares y estrategias de supervivencia dentro del proceso de socialización de los niños, niñas y adolescentes en habitabilidad de calle de Bogotá- Colombia y Montevideo- Uruguay.

Los niños, niñas y adolescentes en habitabilidad de calle, son una población de alto riesgo puesto que se evidencia que estos están expuestos a la explotación laboral, consumo de alcohol y drogas, delincuencia, trata y tráfico de personas, violencia sexual, comercial y otros tipos de violencia; estas siendo características propias de la vida en la calle y su condición de población marginada hacen que esta vulnerabilidad se incremente constantemente; también se muestra el deterioro de espacios tradicionales como la familia y la escuela, quienes actúan como factores expulsores de niñas, niños y adolescentes a la calle, dando lugar al incremento de esta población que busca la calle como lugar de sobrevivencia.
Teniendo en cuenta lo anterior, surge la necesidad y motivación de realizar la investigación que se dará a conocer a continuación, la cual es de tipo cualitativo que toma como referencia a la autora Elsy Bonilla para el proceso metodológico, así mismo, se desarrolla bajo una mirada hermenéutica caracterizada por interpretar y comprender por medio del lenguaje, la experiencia del mundo, la conciencia histórica y la realidad personal, permitiendo así, la interpretación y comprensión del acontecer según el sujeto con un método biográfico buscando comprender las estrategias de supervivencia y los vínculos familiares dentro del proceso de socialización de los niños, niñas y adolescentes (NNA) en habitabilidad de calle que hoy se encuentran institucionalizados en IDIPRON y Gurises Unidos, en Bogotá y Montevideo, respectivamente, como contribución a la mejora de las estrategias de atención de las mismas.
Por otra parte, esta investigación es avalada por la Red Internacional por la Defesa de la Infancia y la Adolescencia en Condición de Calle (RIDIACC), la cual trabaja bajo alianzas con diferentes países de América Latina y cuyo requerimiento para la realización de la investigación fue tomar a dos países miembros de la red, los cuales fueron Uruguay y Colombia, el primero por su trayectoria frente a la mitigación del fenómeno de habitabilidad de calle y la implementación del comentario #21 de la ONU y el segundo al ser el contexto en el cual se encuentran inmersas las investigadoras de la misma. Taking into account the above, the need arises and motivation to carry out the research that will be released next, which is of a qualitative nature that takes as reference the author Elsy Bonilla for the methodological process, likewise, it is developed under a hermeneutic look characterized by interpreting and understanding through language, world experience, historical awareness and personal reality, thus allowing the interpretation and understanding of the event according to the subject with a biographical method seeking to understand survival strategies and links family members in the process of socialization of children and adolescents (NNA) in street habitability that are now institutionalized in IDIPRON and Gurises Unidos, in Bogotá and Montevideo, respectively, as a contribution to the improvement of the care strategies of the themselves.
On the other hand, this research is supported by the International Network for the Defense of Childhood and Adolescence in Street Condition (RIDIACC), which works under alliances with different countries in Latin America and whose requirement for carrying out the research was take two member countries of the network, which were Uruguay and Colombia, the first for its trajectory against the mitigation of the phenomenon of street habitability and the implementation of comment # 21 of the UN and the second to be the context in which which the investigators of the same one are immersed
