Prevención de factores de riesgo y promoción de factores protectores que favorezcan la salud mental de los soldados del comando aéreo de mantenimiento de la fuerza aérea Colombiana.

Abstract

El presente proyecto de intervención se enmarca en el área de prevención y promoción en salud mental. Este pretende, por medio de un mecanismo sistematizado, ordenado y efectivo, facilitar la adaptación de los soldados del Comando Aéreo de Mantenimiento, Base Aérea de Madrid a la vida militar. Este mecanismo es un Sistema de Alerta y Respuesta Temprana (SART), denominado “Soldados A Atender” que, por medio de un método de seguimiento y atención, permite generar alertas y rutas de atención a un riesgo inminente que esté afectando la integridad de un grupo de personas. El objetivo del proyecto es instaurar este sistema con el fin de trabajar con los factores protectores y de riesgo que están afectando la salud mental de los soldados. La instauración se realizó a partir de tres pasos. Primero, la identificación de los riesgos, segundo, el diseño del SART con sus tres etapas (identificación, activación y formación) y, por último, las capacitaciones y la guía metodológica que garantizan la permanencia y el buen funcionamiento del sistema. This intervention project is part of the area of prevention and promotion in mental health. This aims, through a systematized, orderly and effective mechanism, to facilitate the adaptation of the soldiers of the Air Command of Maintenance, Air Base of Madrid to the military life. This mechanism is an Early Warning and Response System (SART), called "Soldiers to Attend" that, by means of a monitoring and attention method, allows generating alerts and routes of attention to an imminent risk that is affecting the integrity of a group of people. The objective of the project is to establish this system in order to work with the protective and risk factors that are affecting the mental health of the soldiers. The installation was carried out from three steps. First, the identification of the risks, second, the design of the SART with its three stages (identification, activation and training) and, finally, the training and the methodological guide that guarantee the permanence and the good functioning of the system
