Abstract

El presente proyecto, contiene el avance investigativo para la creación de losetas de concreto permeable y el sistema de recolección y riego de aguas lluvias con implementación de un proceso para la generación de energía por medio del movimiento del agua; una propuesta de elemento prefabricado para pisos exteriores y obras de urbanismo, que pretende mejorar la experiencia de transitabilidad de los espacios urbanos que son usados a diario por miles de peatones que transitan por las calles de la ciudad y que en condiciones climáticas de lluvia, se convierte en una difícil tarea. Esta propuesta se compone del análisis de diferentes variables, tales como: la identificación del problema y la necesidad que se pretende suplir con PermeaBrick, entendiéndolo como una idea de negocio, con su respectiva evaluación de mercado y propuesta de marketing y también como una innovación tecnológica del sector construcción que surge del análisis de elementos de similar funcionamiento en la actualidad y la evaluación de mejora o inclusión de los aspectos técnicos, productivos, normativos y metodológicos que componen al producto que se pretende obtener como resultado.
