Planificación turística sostenible: una herramienta para la elaboración del plan de desarrollo turístico desde un enfoque social, cultural y ambiental en el municipio de Cachipay (Cundinamarca).

Abstract

El presente trabajo de grado fue realizado como insumo para la creación de un Plan de Desarrollo Turístico (PDT) en el municipio de Cachipay, así, la metodología empleada fue un estudio cualitativo / descriptivo. En el estudio se realizó un diagnóstico participativo con el fin de analizar el estado actual del turismo en el municipio. Para la recolección de información, se realizó un reconocimiento de Cachipay, se realizaron diarios de campo. Asimismo, se aplicaron encuestas semiestructuradas a profesionales de la secretaría de turismo y algunos locales; de igual manera, gracias a la Secretaría de Cultura, Turismo, Recreación y Deporte del municipio (SECTURD), fue posible acceder a los documentos que allí han venido elaborando para promoción de turismo. Lo anterior, con la finalidad de formular unas estrategias de planificación turística sostenible para la creación de un plan de desarrollo turístico con enfoque social, cultural y ambiental, teniendo en cuenta los pasos para la planificación turística y los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible (ODS).

The present degree work was carried out as an input for the creation of a Tourism Development Plan (PDT) in the municipality of Cachipay, thus, the methodology used was a qualitative / descriptive study. In the study, a participatory diagnosis was carried out in order to analyze the current state of tourism in the municipality. For the collection of information, a Cachipay survey was carried out, field diaries were made. Likewise, semistructured surveys were applied to professionals from the tourism secretariat and some locals; in the same way, thanks to the Ministry of Culture, Tourism, Recreation and Sports of the municipality (SECTURD), it was possible to access the documents that they have been preparing there for tourism promotion. The foregoing, in order to formulate sustainable tourism planning strategies for the creation of a tourism development plan with a social, cultural and environmental focus, taking into account the steps for tourism planning and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG).
