Sistema de eficiencia energética e hídrica para proyectos de vivienda en Bogotá y Cundinamarca

Abstract

Los problemas en el medio ambiente y la necesidad de disminuir el impacto desde las actividades cotidianas, han hecho reconsiderar el uso de los servicios del hogar y la importancia de tener un control sobre ellos, por lo tanto se plantea implementar la eficiencia energética e hídrica en las nuevas construcciones de vivienda no-VIS en Bogotá-Cundinamarca siendo este el enfoque principal del proyecto, por lo que se abordarán temas como la tecnología en los hogares, el costo de implementación de un diseño sostenible, el modo de uso y los principales clientes que impulsan un modelo de negocio escalable con el tiempo.

The problems in the environment and the need to reduce the impact from daily activities, have made reconsider the use of household services and the importance of having control over them, therefore it is proposed to implement energy and water efficiency in new construction of non-VIS housing in Bogotá-Cundinamarca being this the main focus of the project, so it will address issues such as technology in homes, the cost of implementing a sustainable design, the mode of use and the main customers that drive a scalable business model over time.
