El estrés es la respuesta de nuestro organismo ante cualquier estímulo que se nos presenta, pero un mal afrontamiento de ciertas situaciones eleva sus niveles normales, haciendo que su manejo y control se tornen difíciles. Dado que estos eventos suelen estar presentes en entornos laborales e incluso académicos, cabe preguntarse, ¿cómo se puede contribuir en la disminución de estos niveles en estudiantes de Diseño Digital y Multimedia de la Universidad Colegio Mayor de Cundinamarca? En este sentido, el objetivo del proyecto es contribuir a la disminución de los altos niveles de estrés de los estudiantes de dicho programa académico, implementando recursos terapéuticos alternativos como el arte. El proyecto se plantea a partir del paradigma For – About- Through, la metodología de las 3 I’s y las seis etapas de la metodología Design Thinking, del modelo de Hasso-Plattner. Entre los resultados que espera obtener “Para desestresarte, ¡arte!”, además de ayudar a disminuir los niveles de estrés de los jóvenes de este programa, se contempla presentarles soluciones alternativas a las ya conocidas y que, al ser diseño un programa influenciado por el arte, se pueda tomar esta actividad como un recurso que contribuya en la mejora de su rendimiento y desempeño académico, además de ser un aporte significativo a su habitabilidad Stress is the response of our body to any stimulus presented to us, but a poor coping of certain situations raises its normal levels, making its handling and control difficult.
