“Condiciones subjetivas de la participación en los y las jóvenes de la plataforma de juventud del municipio de Lejanías-Meta desde el enfoque del desarrollo humano en el período 2019 I: un estudio de caso”

Abstract

El presente proyecto es un estudio de caso sobre las condiciones subjetivas de la participación en los y las jóvenes de la Plataforma Juvenil del municipio de Lejanías-Meta desde el enfoque del desarrollo humano en el período 2019. Para esta investigación se retoma la autora Elssy Bonilla quien plantea tres momentos integrados por siete etapas que conforman el proceso, siendo una investigación cualitativa de carácter exploratorio y la cual se inscribe en el paradigma hermenéutico; para cumplir con los objetivos planteados se utilizó la técnica de entrevista estructurada con una guía, en la cual los participantes se caracterizaban por estar en un rango de edad de 14 a 28 años, sin preferencia de género y nivel de escolaridad, la mayoría de ellos viviendo en veredas aledañas al casco urbano.

Paralelo a ello, se busca analizar la perspectiva teórico-metodológica del estudio desde la participación, el desarrollo humano y el Trabajo Social, identificar las motivaciones e indagar sobre los conocimientos del entorno como condiciones necesarias para participar, respondiendo así a los objetivos planteados; teniendo en cuenta en esa medida que el ejercicio de participar contiene elementos estrechamente relacionados con los intereses de Trabajo Social ya que, desde la profesión, se busca que los actores incidan en las decisiones políticas que los afectan y de esa manera se conviertan en agentes de su propio cambio poniendo en práctica la conciencia crítica de la realidad.

This project is a case study about the subjective conditions of participation in the youth of the “Plataforma Juvenil” of the municipality of Lejanías-Meta from the perspective of human development in the year 2019. For this investigation we used the author Elssy Bonilla who raises three moments composed by seven stages that form the process, it was a exploratory type of qualitative investigation, which resides within the hermeneutic paradigm; to meet the objectives, we used the technique of structured guided interview, in which the participants were set apart by an age range of 14 to 28 years, without gender preference and level of schooling, most of them living in paths near the urban center.

9 Beside this, we look forward to analyze the theoretical-methodological perspective of the study from the participation, human development and Social Work, identifying the motivations and inquiring about the knowledge of the environment as necessary conditions to participate, thus responding to the objectives laid out; taking into account to that extent that the exercise of participation has elements of closely related interests of Social Work, considering that from the profession, it is sought that the actors influence the political decisions that affect them and in that order they will become agents of his own change by putting into practice the critical awareness of reality.
